Dear Whitecorals fans and friends! As most of you already know, we developed a great interest in jellyfish. Those little water based living organisms are sure something special. They exist in different forms and sizes. But most of them are not as safe to keep as the ones you can buy from our site. The main danger comes from the poison. Jellyfish poison can be very dangerous for people. Jellyfish use a “nettling needle” in order to literally get through the skin of a potential enemy. But don’t worry! Moon jellyfish, also known as Aurelia aurita, are not absolutely harmless for people. They have a nettling needle alright, but this needle is soft and cannot penetrate human skin. Please make sure before a purchase, if the jellyfish are harmless moon jelly (Aurelia aurita) or some dangerous other species!
After you made the decision to become an owner of those gracious animals, then you will have to decide, what aquarium to get. We offer 2 different models that are designed to hold jellyfish: JellyFlap and Cubic.
