This is how we ship live stock

In order to ensure that the corals you have ordered reach you safely, they will be shipped in custom made fish bags, special water for shipping and sealing by a pneumatic clipper within a isolated box. We use specialised logistics companies (such as GO! Overnight)., which has enabled us to ship live stock safely over night to your door. Live arrival guarantee for Corals, Fish and Invertebrates

Because of our experience and optimised packaging, we can ensure that live stock arrives safely and in perfect condition at your home. If, despite all expectations to the contrary, there is a problem with an order, this does not present a risk to you: we offer a live arrival guarantee with no questions asked – we will replace the coral for you. Please use our claims form in that case

Our Live Stock Shipping Step-by-Step

1. Place your order and choose an arrival date

2. We pick up exactly the coral you ordered

3. We pack all live stock in custom made fish bags, special water for shipping and sealing by a pneumatic clipper

4. Depending on the weather, we add heat packs or ice packs free of charge

5. Shipments are picked up at our facility at night by a specialized live stock company and will be delivered to your door next day

Shipping Conditions for special goods (Salt, Sand, Tanks, Frozen Food, Measurement Cargo):

  • Heavy Items (weight above 30kg): For Salt, Sand, artficial Rocks (except live rocks) a surcharge depending on the weight will be added. Please see table below
  • Frozen Food: A fixed rate is charged for frozen foo
  • Measurement Cargo: A fixed rate is charged
  • Tanks and Cabinets: A fixed rate is charged for forwarding tanks & cabinets, this will be charged separately.

Delivery period:

Unless otherwise stated in the item description, delivery of the goods within Germany will be within 1 - 4 days and delivery to other countries within 1 - 5 days. When paying in advance, the delivery period starts from the point at which payment is received.

Please note that there are no deliveries on Sundays and on public holidays.

If you are collecting the items yourself, we will inform you about the provision of the goods and the collection options by email. In this case we will not charge any shipping costs.
