Filter - One of the pictures is shot using extreme blue lighting and an orange filter. This kind of effect shot shows fluorescences that are not visible to the naked eye. In a normal aquarium setting and without the use of a filter and camera, the colors will deviate massively from the picture. Please also look at the additional picture taken under normal aquarium lights instead.
BSP - Corals with sample picture - this coral is a frag from the same mother colony as seen in the picture. You will recieve a frag of similar size.
Euphyllia glabrecens has a branching growth and distinctive long tentacles. In our experience they like a nutrient-rich environment and will do better at around 10-20 mg/l Nitrate and 0.1 mg/l Phosphate. Otherwise, we would recommend feeding them heavily with instant planktonic feeds and Amino acids. This is especially true for aquacultured ones (DNZ), which our breeder usually keeps at high nutrient levels and which tend to wither slowly otherwise.
Coral picture taken under blue-heavy LED lighting. Please note that the color of the image may vary due to technical and Biological conditions (e.g. your screen model and color settings, your aquarium lighting and light settings, transport stress, etc.) may deviate from the real coral colors in your aquarium. More details, our recommendations for light settings for the best color effect and much more in our FAQ.
