The Bluestripe Pipefish (Doryrhamphus excisus) is a fairly easy to care for Pipefish that gets up to 8 cm long and can be kept in aquariums from 150 liters. Compared to other Pipefish it can be adapted well to substitute feed like Artemia or Lobster eggs. It’s possible to keep them as pair (male and female). The Pipefish shouldn’t be kept with too large, hectic fish.
