product description

Marine Master Meerwasser Multiparameter

The Marine Master with Bluetooth® HI97115 is specifically designed for the aquarium industry, determining a variety of crucial aquarium parameters. With the waterproof Multiparameter Photometer with Bluetooth®, you can measure pH, alkalinity, ammonium, calcium, magnesium, nitrate, nitrite, and phosphate in marine aquariums and marine biological applications. The HI97115 Photometer is a compact and versatile instrument that can be used as a stand-alone device or integrated into an existing system with the built-in Bluetooth module and Hanna Lab App, compatible with a smart device.

The Multiparameter Photometer HI97115 is a waterproof, portable device benefiting from Hanna's extensive experience as a manufacturer of analytical instruments.

It features an optical system with Light Emitting Diode (LED) and narrow-band interference filters, allowing for accurate and reproducible measurements. The optical system is protected against dust, dirt, and water. Position markers on the measurement chamber and cuvettes ensure that the cuvettes are inserted into the holder in the same position every time.

With the CAL Check functionality, you can verify the performance of the device and perform calibration if necessary. Our CAL Check cuvettes are manufactured according to NIST standards.

The integrated tutorial mode guides you step by step through the measurement process. The display shows each step of the method, including the required reagents and their quantities.

The methods include:
• pH in seawater – Colorimetric adaptation of the Phenol Red method (pH 6.3 to 8.6)
• Ammonia in seawater – Adaptation of the Salicylate method (0.00 to 2.50 ppm as NH3)
• Alkalinity in seawater – Colorimetric method (0.0 to 20.0 dkH)
• Magnesium in seawater - Adaptation of the Colorimetric EDTA method (1000 to 1800 ppm as Mg2+)
• Calcium in seawater – Adaptation of the Zinc method (200 to 600 ppm)
• Nitrate in seawater, low – Colorimetric method (0.00 to 5.00 ppm as NO3-)
• Nitrate in seawater, high – Zinc Reduction method (0.0 to 75.0 ppm as NO3-)
• Nitrite in seawater, ultralow – Adaptation of the "EPA Diazotizations Method 354.1" (0 to 200 ppb as NO3-)
• Phosphate in seawater, ultralow – Adaptation of the "Standard Methods for the Examination of Water and Wastewater, 20th Edition," Ascorbic Acid method (0.00 to 0.90 ppm)

Highlights:
• Powerful optical system
• Easy calibration with CAL Check™ standard cuvettes
• Tutorial mode with context-sensitive step-by-step instructions
• Automatic data storage
• Waterproof up to IP67, floatable housing
• Good Laboratory Practice (GLP)
• Automatic shut-off
