Balling Light Calcium-Mix from Fauna Marin is a pure special salt for calcium supply with the Balling Light method in marine aquariums.
Fauna Marin salts comply with pharmaceutical purity levels and are packaged accordingly. Fauna Marin not only pays attention to the data sheet, but also controls organic and inorganic trace elements as well as the effectiveness of the salts.
With Fauna Marin Balling Light salts you get the purest special salts available for marine aquaristics. The manufacturer also uses bioactive stabilisers, pH buffers and special minerals in its salts, which significantly increase the stability of the chemical parameters in the aquariums. The added trace elements remain more stable in solution and are thus better available to the corals.
By using these salt mixtures, you add specific minerals and trace elements that are lacking in commercial sea salts or are only available in limited quantities. The addition of bioactive components and the purity of the salts prevent darkening of the corals and increase their growth and colour development.

The Fauna Marin Balling Light System is a complete, self-contained system that can be used in conjunction with all standard filter systems. It does not matter whether you use a zeolite system, the usual Berliner system or a natural filter system, e.g. via mud filtration. With the Balling Light method, you add exactly the substances that the aquarium is lacking.
Dosage:
approx. 10 ml per 100 litres = + 11 mg per litre.

start by adding mangnesium, then calcium and carbonate, there should be an interval of approx. 10 min between doses

Dosing instructions:
Calcium Mix only comes in canister 1
for the Balling Light method for the basic supply of your saltwater aquarium, 3 canisters are required.
dissolve 2 kg Balling Light CALCIUM-MIX in 3 litres of osmosis water
then add TRACE supplements
25 ml Balling Light TRACE 1 + 25 ml Balling Light TRACE 2, then fill up to 5 litres with osmosis water.
The exact dosing quantities cannot be given as a general rule, as each aquarium is individual. Please calculate your exact consumption with the AquaCalculator and then add the quantities calculated there to suit your aquarium exactly.
Storage advice:
The product has a minimum shelf life of approx. 3 years.
Store in a dry place, protected from light, at normal room temperature.
Avoid contamination of the product with bacteria or dirt.
Make sure that children do not have access to the products used or stored.
Disposal:
The empty can can be disposed of with household waste or at recycling collection points.
Please follow your local regulations for waste disposal.
