The reefhub ORCA is a flow pump drive with the purpose of rotating an originally fixed flow pump in a marine aquarium. This serves to reduce buildup and to realize a natural, random flow. This prevents detritus buildup and positively affects water quality. The unit is only for indoor use!
The ORCAflex is only usable with the separately available ORCAlight or ORCA Controller. The controller can be used to set the rotation angle, rotation speed, pauses and sectors.
Rotation radius: All ORCA rotary units can swivel a total of 180° degrees. The adjustment ranges from -90° degrees to +90° degrees.
Precise: Reefhub has deliberately chosen not to use the drive systems already established on the market. We use precise stepper motors to ensure that our ORCA rotary units produce a long-lasting, whisper-quiet and smooth rotary movement.
Made in Germany: all units are produced and assembled in Germany via 3D printing.
Resistant: The parts that come in contact with water are made of PETG. This material is resistant to salt water and is food compliant.
Sustainable material: All housing parts are printed with a hybrid PLA material that is 100% renewable and fully biodegradable according to DIN EN ISO 14855.
