An air pump is often advantageous for the aquarium at night, since plants without light can not produce oxygen. The pump provides the necessary water circulation in aquariums with little planting. In aquariums with dense plantings, the aquarium is supplied with oxygen at night, as the oxygen content can be problematically reduced by the many plants. In the case of diseases, the air pump increases the oxygen content in the water, which is necessary with many medicines.
Easy Installation
Connect hose to air pump. Simply cut off the air hose and install the check valve. Drain remaining hose to the desired length. Connect one end to the non-return valve and the other end to the outlet. If possible, install the pump on a dry wall near the aquarium. A hook for hanging the JBL ProAir is also available.
