Ideal for every aquarium The Mitras Slimline is suitable for any saltwater or freshwater aquarium - whether open or closed - and is available in 3 light temperatures in 13 different lengths in 10 cm increments. Thanks to the wide variety of luminaire lengths available, you will find the right lighting for your aquarium.
Get the light output you want in your aquarium: With the large number of lengths available, you can avoid poorly lit corners in the aquarium. Set - in connection with the ProfiLux aquarium computer - the light spectrum and the light output in wide areas exactly according to your wishes and give your plants, fish and corals exactly the light they need for healthy growth.
The choice of the right lamp also depends on the intended use. For example, much more light is required in a saltwater aquarium than in a freshwater aquarium with comparatively more frugal plants. The correct light spectrum and the achievable radiation output are equally important.
It is not just a matter of achieving as many lumens as possible. The right light spectrum for the respective situation is just as important.
We therefore offer you the Mitras Lightbar with special LED combinations for different areas of application to choose from: For fresh water, upper, medium and deep reefs. The different models can of course also be combined as desired.
How many Mitras Slimline do I need for my tank? Select Mitras Slimline depending on the pool volume.

Mitras Slimline RGB Mitras Slimline RGB can be used in addition to Mitras Slimline lights, other lights or on its own. It is connected to the Mitras Slimline Splitter Dimmable and has 3 separately dimmable LED color channels: red, green and blue. No additional power supply unit is required, the power supply is provided by the power supply unit already present on the Mitras Slimline Splitter Dimmable.
Any color combination through stepless and separate dimming of all 3 LED color channels, in addition to the 2 or 4 separately dimmable color channels of the Mitras Slimline (if available, a total of 5 or 7 independent channels)
Fine adjustment of the light spectrum and the light temperature (from cold-white to warm-white)

Power supply units To save space and costs, several lights can be operated on one power supply unit via a splitter. Please note that the lights are therefore supplied without a power supply unit, please order the appropriate power supply unit for your lights separately. See also the Configurations section below.

Operating modes The Mitras Slimline can be operated undimmed and dimmed. In undimmed operation, all LEDs light up at 100%. No control is required. Switching on and off can be done using a simple timer.
Another option, however, is to operate the Mitras Slimline dimmed with a ProfiLux computer (version 3 or higher) (adapter required). Both color channels can thus be dimmed independently of each other. All simulation programs of the ProfiLux computer such as sunrise and sunset, cloud simulation, thunderstorms or calendar moon phase simulation are possible.

Using the Mitras Slimline Splitter, up to 3 Mitras Slimline can be connected to one power supply unit. The selected power supply unit must have at least the total output of all connected Mitras Slimline.
Dimmed, one or more Mitras Slimline on one power supply
With the Mitras Slimline Splitter Dimmable, up to 2 Mitras Slimline can be connected to one power supply unit. The selected power supply unit must have at least the total output of all connected Mitras Slimline.
This dimmable splitter has a control input that is connected to the Mitras Lightbar output (or to the RS232 interface for ProfiLux 3) of a ProfiLux. Several Mitras Slimline Splitter Dimmable can be connected to each other if more than 2 Mitras Slimline are to be controlled.
Mitras Slimline Splitter Dimmable The Mitras Slimline Splitter Dimmable has two outputs for Mitras Slimline and one output for Mitras Slimline RGB. Both LED strings of each Mitras Slimline and all 3 channels (red, green, blue) of the Mitras Slimline RGB can be dimmed independently, a total of 7 channels can be dimmed separately via a Mitras Slimline Splitter Dimmable.
There are 2 communication connections: The input port is used to connect to the ProfiLux Mitras port, the output port can be used to link several Mitras Slimline Splitter Dimmable. Since up to 8 devices can be connected in series, a maximum of 16 Mitras Slimline and 8 Mitras RGB can be controlled by one ProfiLux.
With a DIP switch you have the option of dimming the connected lights via channels 1 to 7 (standard) or channels 9 to 15 of the ProfiLux. When using 2 or more Mitras Slimline Splitter Dimmable and with different channel settings, up to 14 LED channels can be controlled independently of each other.
Please note:
The total output of all connected lights must not exceed the maximum output of the power supply unit used; select the power supply unit accordingly. If necessary, use several Mitras Slimline Splitter Dimmable to distribute the load over several power supplies.
