The TUNZE Aquawind eco chic is a very quiet aquarium fan with 12 V safety extra-low voltage and easy mounting on the aquarium rim for aquariums with a glass thickness of 0 up to 22 mm. The angle of the Aquawind can be individually set via tilt setting.
The Aquawind creates a balanced air movement above the water surface and speeds up the evaporation. For standard aquariums up to 800 liters (over a tank length of 2 m), the water is cooled down by 2-4°C. Because of its special design, a targeted flow over long distances is reached. So only one fan is enough to cool even large aquariums efficiently.
Mounting:
Mount the Tunze Aquawind eco chic at a suitable position on the edge of the aquarium using the device holder. Airflow over the long side of the aquarium is recommended.
Adjust the angle of the Aquawind individually using the tilt setting. To do this, slightly loosen the slotted screw on both unit holders, set the Aquawind to the desired tilt and tighten the screw again.
The air intake above the Aquawind must stay free.
Push the plug adapter into the guide rail of the power pack.
Insert the hollow plug into the corresponding socket.
Then connect the power supply unit and the mains.
