Lysmata debelius, commonly known as the Scarlet Cleaner Shrimp or Fire Shrimp, is one of the most striking shrimp species in the marine aquarium hobby. Its deep red coloration with bright white spots makes it a true highlight in any reef tank. In addition to its beauty, it plays an important role as a cleaner shrimp, removing parasites and dead tissue from fish.
Origin: Indo-Pacific – especially Indonesia, the Maldives, and Sri Lanka

Diet: Frozen food, fine granules, leftovers, detritus
Behavior: Peaceful; best kept in pairs or small groups
