product description
Macropharygnodon bipartitus - Bluestar Leopard Wrasse (f)
Macropharyngodon bipartitus (female) – Leopard Wrasse (female)
The female Leopard Wrasse (Macropharyngodon bipartitus) is beautiful yet more demanding. It needs a mature tank rich in microfauna and fine sand for sleeping.
Very peaceful but sensitive to transport and sudden changes. Calm tankmates are beneficial.
Initially favors live copepods/Artemia; later adapts to fine frozen foods and specialized carnivore micro‑pellets.
