Oceamo Single Elements Barium 250ml


Barium water supplement for reef aquaria

Product series for all aquarists who like to adjust and optimize individual parameters in a targeted manner. Single Elements are made from high-quality raw materials and contain the respective element in a form and concentration that is easy to use for reef aquaristics.

1 ml Single Elements Barium increases the barium content in 100 l of aquarium water by 2 µg/l. The dosage is dependent on need.

We recommend a maximum daily increase of 4 µg/l barium (2 ml/100l daily).
We recommend a barium concentration of 7-25 µg/l.

Barium is an alkaline earth metal that has properties similar to calcium and strontium. Like Ca and Sr, barium is therefore stored in the calcareous skeleton of hard corals.

DUO Calcium can also be added to the ongoing supply (10-20 ml Single Element Barium per liter DUO Calcium).
